ReAgent quietly handles the admin that fills your day β drafting buyer replies, booking viewings, and putting together vendor reports β so you spend your time selling houses, not in your inbox.
Use them on their own, or together. ReAgent prepares the work β you stay in charge of what goes out.
When a buyer emails about a property, ReAgent drafts a personal reply within seconds and attaches the right files β title, LIM, floor plan, council records. You glance, you send. No more typing the same answer ten times a day.
Never miss an enquiryBuyers asking about open homes or private viewings get times that actually fit your day. Calendar entries appear with travel time built in. Buyers get confirmations and reminders. You stop playing email tag.
Booked, confirmed, syncedPulls the week's marketing data from Onehub, realestate.co.nz, and OneRoof, gathers buyer feedback from your CRM, and assembles it into a polished email for your vendor β ready to review and send. You choose the sources, the vendors, and the schedule.
Vendor updates, handledNo new app to live inside. ReAgent works in the tools you already use β your inbox and calendar β with a simple dashboard for your settings.
Same as it works today β buyers email you direct or through a portal. Your inbox notifies you, just like always.
Within seconds, a personalised draft reply is waiting β with the title, LIM, floor plan, and council records attached, ready to send.
Or set it to auto-send. The buyer has a reply within a minute of their enquiry β even at 9pm on a Sunday. You keep your evening.
Hi Emma,
Saw your listing for 14 Riverbank Lane β looks lovely. Any chance we could view it this weekend? Could you also send through the property information?
Thanks,
Hannah
Hi Hannah,
Thanks for your enquiry on 14 Riverbank Lane β it's a great spot. There's an open home this Saturday at 11:00am, or I can arrange a private viewing on Sunday morning if that works better.
I've attached the property information below for your reference.
Let me know what works for you.
Thanks,
Emma
Not a Silicon Valley template translated for the local market. Designed alongside a working NZ agent in Marlborough, with NZ documents, NZ workflows, and the way Kiwi agents run their day.
Drafts only by default β nothing sends until you approve it. Switch to auto-send when you're ready. Customise the tone so replies sound like you, not like a robot.
Works alongside Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, and the CRM tools NZ agents use most. No new system to learn β it slots in next to what you already do.
Understands LIMs, council files, NZ property terms, and how Kiwi buyers ask questions. Knows the difference between a vendor follow-up and a buyer enquiry.
Follows up on enquiries that go quiet, reminds buyers of upcoming viewings, and keeps your inbox tidy β so leads don't slip through the cracks because it's a busy week.
Replies are drafted in the tone and style you choose during setup. You can review a few drafts at the start to fine-tune the voice β formal, friendly, conversational, whatever suits how you talk to clients. After that, ReAgent stays consistent. And every draft is yours to edit before sending.
You don't have to. The default mode is "drafts only" β every reply appears as a draft, ready for you to review and send. Many agents stay on this mode permanently. Auto-send is an option you can turn on later for specific situations (after-hours, low-priority enquiries, etc.) β never required.
Currently: Gmail and Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar. CRM support is being prioritised based on what waitlist agents tell us they use β VaultRE, Rex, PropertySuite, Agentbox, and MyDesktop are all on the roadmap. Let us know what you use in the waitlist form and we'll prioritise it.
Yes. The data ReAgent processes β emails, calendar entries, and CRM information β is kept for 14 days. Long enough to handle viewing reminders and ongoing conversations, then cleared. The only things kept beyond that are what's needed to run the service: your settings, encrypted access tokens, and a record of which conversations have been handled. AI processing runs through Anthropic's Claude API, an enterprise AI service that doesn't train on your data. We follow NZ Privacy Act 2020 requirements, and the full privacy policy will be published before launch.
Pricing is being finalised based on waitlist feedback (one reason the price question is in the form below). For now: the first 10 agents on the waitlist get 3 months free in exchange for feedback calls. After that, pricing will be in the range typical for professional SaaS tools used daily.
Six quick questions. Two minutes. The first 10 agents get 3 months free in exchange for feedback calls β and your answers shape what we build first.
